I am sponsoring my Mom to visit the U.S. She will be going to Chennai Consulate.

Questions:
Can someone please verify the following checklist (Sponsor provided documents)?
If anyone has a checklist of Visitor provided documents, please post.

0.1 Cover letter - to tell the order of documents

Group 1:
1.1 I-134 - Notarized
1.2 Sponsor's Letter to Consulate - Sign the Letter
1.3 Sponsor's Invitation Letter to Mother - Sign the Letter
1.4 Translated (Tamil) Sponsor's Invitation letter to Mother
1.5 Itinerary


Group 2:
2.1 Employment Letter
2.2 Business card of the sponsor
2.3 Printouts of Sponsor's company informatiom.
Print about 6 main pages from company website.

Group 3:
3.1 Passport - All pages (including blank pages).
3.2 GC Copy
3.3 Birth certificate
3.4 Marriage certificate
3.5 Family Photo

Group 4:
4.1 Bank Account Verification Letter
4.2 Pay Stubs (last 6 months)
4.3 Federal Tax Returns (Last 3 years)
4.4 W-2 ( Last 3 years)
4.3 Bank Statements (Last 6 months)

What is 1.5 Itineray. Also do you have copy of the cover letter -

Please send me the copy of the cover letter that you are sending to show the list of docos.

Itinerary is just a list of dates and places that she is planning to visit in the U.S
It looks something like this:

July 2-4: Independence Day weekend. Visit New York, New Jersey, Niagara Falls
July 16-17 - Chicago
etc...
I don't even know if I have to attach an itinerary or not. I posted the above message so that someone can verify the list.

The "cover letter" is just the list of documents
