Visitor extension in vermont

I have applied on August 17th and bank draft was encashed on sept 11th.
I have not got a receipt yet....does anyone have information what date range are they processing now?

HOw does one look up the information and what can one do to get the receipt number?

If we file electronically, do we need to send any papers to Vermont by mail. I am planning to extend the visitor visa to my parents.
