Visitor’s visa extension REJECTED - Please help

Hello folks,

My parents came 2002 November on visitor’s visa and they got it for 6 months, its expired on June 1st. We applied for their extension on April 20th and extension got rejected, citing not a valid reason for extension. Can I appeal this?

They have 10 years Multiple entry visa. Can they go back to India and come back with in a month to US.

Please help.

If your parents have not left already, they will have problems entering into US if they return in 1 month. They are probably out of status right now and of late BCIS has a zero tolerance policy for status violators.
