Visit USA while waiting

Hi, some months ago we were worried about enter USA as tourist while waiting for interview, we asked several time but nothing was clear.
Now from our experience I can say that we are DV2007 winner and we were able to visit USA as tourist using the visa waiver program VWP, no problem.

But my question is now that we visit the USA, should we update the DS230 and include this visit, because at the time we filled the forms we didnt include of course this travel.

It may be a good idea to contact the Kentucky Consular Center to find out whether or not you need to update the DS230 form.
