visit US while I-30 being processed by Consular Office

Hi,
I (USC) submitted I-30 for my wife through consular processing in home country. She has 2 years B1 visa. Can she visit me and stay while waiting for approval?

She can try to visit, but she probably will be refused entry if the officer realizes she is married to you and an I-130 was filed for her.
 
If you are always 100% honest in regards to your I-130 being processed and have documentation showing you ties and equities to your country of citizenship, she might be able too!!
