Visit the US on Canadian passport during Green Card process

I am Canadian Citizen, outside the US, and I am applying for the Green Card through Consular Processing (I have filed I-140 - Immigrant Petition and wait for the interview). I don't have any dual-intent visa (ie H-1B). Can I fly through or visit (for 7-10 days) the US during this process? thanks

Yes, you can, just affirm them at POE if asked that you still intent to do a CP and this is just a short visit.

Since you are a Canadian Citizen they are less likely to think that you will try to adjust status even after the petition is approved and your firm affirmation for CP should suffice.
