i live in the Uk, all my sisters live in US one of my sister has just file I 130 for me and my family i visit my sister about every two years. i am not in a hurry to migrate as i am in a fairly good job but does this mean i will have to obtain a visa to visit her or can i still visit for two/tree weeks at a time on my visa waiver. I have friends who stated that they have not had any problems, but I am a bit wary about this. Please advise, my application is lodged with Texas how long does it take. and what does parole me? when will I be eligible for it.
