VM:without "FP Pending Review" message, I heard "FP results Collected and Processing Resumed" message directly..

is this a good sign or ???pl advise..
 
Details for my wife

FP Printed on 01.18.02 (Date on document)
FP received on 01.21.02.
FP did on 01.23.02
AVM message was ...975-999 till 01.23.02.
AVM changed on 01.24.02 to ..we have mailed your fP documents on 01.21.02

Message changed to ...FP collected...processing resumed on 01.25.02.

Same thing happened to me also

I recieved FP on 01/10
did FP on 01/23 @ San Jose
Same my message to change directly to "FP result recieved ..... processing resumed ......"

Same is for my wife. We never have message like "Pending review ...."

FPGC,

Normally AVM won\'t get updated immediately (we don\'t know if it gets updated in a batch process or some other process...).

The order of messages should be
1. 975-999 days.
2. Mailed your FP.
3. Received FP and under review.
4. Received FP results and processing resumed.

If there is sufficient time in between each and every step (let\'s say app. 10 days), and we check AVM every day then I am sure we will listen all thes messages. But some how if things get done fast (I am sure in current case it happened in that way) then AVM may not get updated at perticular step and directly jump to next step. The important thing is 4th message. That means case is adjucation ready, and as Mr. Vishnu wrote, it is a good sign.

As far as I know assigning to officer depends on RD/ND, since I don\'t know your RD and ND I am not able to comment on it. By the way can you please provide your information for tracking purpose? Since you didn\'t provde proper dates (RD, ND, FP etc.) I couldn\'t add your record to summary.

At this point of time if RD is earlier than May, 2001 and AVM message is resumed before 01/17 then I am expecting that the case is assigned to officer. Normally most of RFEs are generated once the case is assigned to the officer...

I did my FP on 12.13.01. Never got the FP mailed AVM.
Message changed to... FP collected...pending review on 12.19.01.

The AVM still says the same thing. But I have heard atleast one case where AVM did not change to processing resumed and still the case got approved.. So let us hope for the best.

BTW I am from Mumbai
 
AVM changed directly to "Processing resumed"...from "FP mailed...."

   RD: 08/01/01
   ND: 09/10/01
   WAC#: 01-279-xxx
   FP Done: 01/26/02 @ San Jose
   AVM never got to "Pending Review"...directly changed to "Processing resumed" yesterday (01/31/02).
   Not sure if this is a good sign..
