Visa to Singapore

I just confirmed from singapore that Indian passport holders with physical Greencard (stamping not enough) do not need visa if onward journey is less than 72 hours.

Any one recently applied for tourist visa for singapore in US ? What all documents do I need to submit ?

I had been to singapore some 2 yrs ago with h1B on my passport( Not a gc Holder).
They asked for all pages of passport, Photo, Airlines Ticket, Singapore Address (where u are going to stay), cheque (Some amount), purpose of visit .

They issued me within a 10 days. it is not big deal.

Could you please check with malaysia too?? I have planned to visit Malaysia. I am going to use AP. 485 is still pending. Indian Passport Holder.

which forms should I fill up ?
form 14
Form 39A
Form v75i
Form 88

etc...

I know form 14 is visa application. 39A is like sponsor ship from a local singapore resident. do we need other forms

I don;t remember Form no. it was 2 yrs ago.
