Hi, I am currently on F-1 visa going through OPT after Bachelor in Biology. I was playing bass in the bass for the past 2 years. I am co-author of all the songs written for the band. Songs are copyrighted with Library of Congress. So, my question is if there is any type of visa I can be eligible for. I mean how big nationwide our band needs to be, how many CD sales, gigs, merch sales, fan club members etc. do we need to have, so that I can get something like work visa H1B or H2B as a bass player and songwriter? Do we have to register as a busyness and than I will sign a contract with the band? It needs to be a visa not just for touring in USA(like P1). 3 out 4 band members are US citizens.
