i am in usa now and i have visa stampped in my passport till 2009 but i changed to a new employer and i have a valid I797.But my old employer(WHose visa is stampped in passport) has sent notification to UCSIC to cancel my visa.
So in this case can i go out of the country with the visa stampped in passport and new I797 .will there be any problem at the port of entry?
