On my passport my visa is expired, but I got renewed visa papers with me. If my AP gets approved, still I need to do my passport stamping if leave USA? Please Let me know

If you have AP and EAD, you don\'t need to get new Visa stamped. Your H1 status is void. However, I am not a lawyer ......

The advance parole is your travel document. You need not apply any
visa at the consular if you have AP.

I got EAD Approved on 02/20/02, I havn\'t received the card yet, I got AP Documents. My VISA is expired in 02/00. I got new H1, but visa is not stamped. Using this AP can I travel to INDIA. I need to take a letter from employer.
