Hi there,
I am working in US on H1B, Indian citizen.
A travel need/plan to India came up suddenly, and got the appointment scheduled in Mexico for next week to get visa stamping, as Canada offices are all booked up.
My last visa stamping was done way long back, and got expired in May 2003. Since then, I just neglected on visa stampings as there were no travel plans during the period.
Will there be a problem in getting visa stamping based on current H1B even if I take all I-797's from 2003 thru 2006 period ones, and some pay checks in that 2003 - 2004 period for proof that I worked in US?
(Just an Fyi - current H1B expires in Oct 2006, I will be back in US from India before this H1 expiry date. And a new H1B/premium processing is already underway)
Appreciate any feedback on this.
Thanks in advance,
Cheers
