Visa stamping in India/Canada

I am in US since 1996.

F1-OPT-Multiple H1s.

I had my F1 stamping at Chennai, and 1 H1 stamping at Vancouver and 2 H1 stamping at the Dept of State (St.Louis)

Currently I am in my 8th year of H1 and I have a approved I 140 and I 485 is pending at VSC.

I want to go to India during February. I am not sure if I should get my stamping done at Chennai consulate or at Ottawa consulate in Canada.

I have heard that stamping in Canada is easier than Chennai as in Chennai, many documents are being asked like Client letters, project description, employer's tax returns etc.

Please advice on what place would be better.

I would suggest you to go for canda,once I got quey in Chennai last year due to the same Client Letters & Market Analysis on Project(For in house project) etc and even one of my friend too faced the same problem last year in chennai but later with submission of all the documents got stamped.
