Visa Stamping after H1B transfer

Hi,

My brother was working for Company A and he entered US with a H1 B visa stamped using company A's approval notice. After working in that company for a while, he changed jobs and moved to company B. Company B filed for his H1 B transfer and he got an approval notice. Now, he traveled to India for his wedding. The visa stamp still refers to old employer. Is he required to go for visa stamping again before reentering US? Will this have any impact on filing H4 for his future wife?

If the visa stamp in his passport is still valid, he does not need to obtain a new visa stamp. However, he would need to carry his new I-797 approval notice and show that at the port of entry on his return to the US. This will also NOT affect his wife's H4 visa application.
