Is it necessary to have visa stamped after 7th year h1b extension approval but before 7th year expiration , even if I do not plan to go out of US during that time. IF I do not get the visa stamp for the 7th year h1b then will there be any problem when I go to India when I am on 8th year H1b. Please let me know . Thanks in advance.
