Visa stamped for 3 years based on approved I-140

Hi,

Did anybody receive their H1B/H4 revalidation/visa stamped successfully for 3years (after the initial 6 years) based on approved I-140 and LC was pending fro 365 days?

If yes, where did you get in. I mean in India (or your home country) or in Canada/ Mexico?

I got 3 years of H1B visa stamped in my passprt from Delhi in Feb 2006.
This visa is valid until 2009. And I am on 9th year on H1B now.

(More interestingly, my I-140 was not approved for the employer who got me 3 years of H1B extension.)

Could you please share your experience at new delhi, that s where exactly i need to go? i am on my 9th year and have valid 3 years visa aproval based on I-140 approved.
