Hi all - I want to travel outside the US. I am currently renewing my H1B1 visa for Chileans (I don't have the receipt yet but should soon).
My visa stamp on my passport expires on 7/11. I want to leave the US soon and return on 7/8. Do you guys think this is too risky? Will they let me back in if my visa expires in 3 days? What if I don't get my receipt in time to show them that I'm renewing and I can't bring it with me?
Please let me know... I need to purchase the airplane ticket today if I'm gonna travel...
