Visa Sponsor tio my mom Without W-2

Hi,
I got my H1 visa in Deceber2003 and not yet stamped and I would like to invite my mother ..also I dont have
copy of tax retun for me as I would file it only this year..I can show my recent pay stubs ..Can I enclose the tax return of my husband's which has my name too ..
pls clarify..

well if ur name is on the tax return too, then it was probably joint return. else you were claimed as an dependant. if joint then you could use that else not. Now since you started working in Dec 2003, you probably had to file return for that single month but its, ok file next year.

If ur start of employment is only Dec 2003, the consulate cannot expect you to file returns before that.

If you still have problems why not let ur husband sponsor ur mom. You should also have sufficient funds in the bank to suport her stay.
