i am a therapist and i am planning to go on a vaction to india later this month. i am on an h1b visa. could anyone please let me know whether i have to have a visascreen certificate before i can reenter usa. has it already been made a law for nonimmigrant healthcare professionals. i am going to india to get my h1b stamped. i will appreciate any replies.
