Visa revalidation

 My ex-employer applied H1B extension, before I get my extension I quit the company and joined another company. Recently my previous employer sent me H1b approval. Can I use this I-797 approval to get it stamped? because new one will take another 4 months. Based on the visa revalidation procedures I should get it stamped before oct 24th 2003.

Please shed some light.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for your reply.

Here is my complete scenario, you could suggest me what would
be best possible way to get around with it.

1. Employer A 07/01 - 01/03. Visa expried on 10/02. Applied extension and got approval on 04/03, before I got the approval I quit and joined employer B.

2. Employer B 02/03 - Till Date. Applied H1B Transfer
and got the approval on 7/03

3. Employer C, planning to move on 10/03. They will be
applying H1b transfer in a week and expects the
receipt in couple of weeks. I did ask them to file
premium processing and the answer was it is against
the company policies irrespective of who will pay the
expenses for the premimum processing.

Well, Can I send my passport for the revalidation
because I have got another 7 weeks to move on to a
different company? If yes, what precautions do I need
to take.

The reason why I would like to get the revalidation
done, I will have ability to send my passort for
replacing visa in my home country can be done thru' by
postal mail instead of personal apperance there by I
can have enough time to spend with my family.

Thanks in advance. I really appreciate your help in
this regards.

Regards
Naveen.
