Visa Revalidation for SR Country?

Guys,

Do you know of any consulate in Mexico or Canada which is doing
revalidation for people from SR country? (Not a landed immigrant from Canda). If yes how much time and what are the chances?

Well u can certainly apply for a revalidation. However, if you are denied (chances are you will be unless you are a female and all), then you will have to go back to your country and apply from there.
