Visa revalidatation after I-485

Is it ok to travel out of country and get a Visa revalidation after filing for I-485? I am on valid H1 but with expired 'visa stamp'. I dont want to wait for AP

I'm also in the same position and was advised by my lawyer and other friends that there is a potential risk of getting your H1B rejected. And I also agree with that as you are requesting non-immigrant (H1B) visa while your immigrant visa(485) application is pending.
Anyone else in similar situation?

shouldn't be a problem

I applied for my seventh year H1 visa stamping from *****TAN and successfully got stamped after 7 days of security check. For more details, you can look for my messages in this forum.

I don't think there's a problem in getting H1 stamped as it is dual intent visa.
