I am looking at the visa's available date and it seems in Jan EB2 category the PD is now 01/01. I looked at december 05 and it was 06/00. Does this date change this drastically?
My PD is 12/01, unfortunately my case got stuck in Name Check last year (FP Apr 05). The info I am getting now is that my case is not in the workflow. Does this mean that it has been withdrawn from name check and will be put back in name check when the dates become current? I have not been reading the retrogression thread that much, I know people of PD's of 2003 getting there green cards last year, so I was not concerned.
Plese let me know if you have similar concerns and any advice!
