Visa Renewal/Revalidation

My H1 Visa (stamped for previous employer) and I-94 expires in Sept 2003. But, my H1 Visa with my current employer is valid till March 2004 with an extended I-94.
Do I need to get my visa revalidated before 2003? Can I get it revalidated in India if I visit ther after Sept (after my old visa has expired)? Your response greatly appreciated. Thank you.

U dont have to get the visa revalidated in US.
U can do it when u travel to India.
Visa stamping in India nowadays takes 3 weeks and more. So, u need some time to get it stamped.
Visa stamping in US takes 3 months.
U can validate in US or India, according to ur convenience.
