It seems as though I will be unable to apply and sponser 2 Philippine workers until next year for H-1B visa's.
Can any of you think of any other possible ways to legally bring over two workers from the Philippines to work for my company by the first quarter of next year?
I am not cap excempt. These employees have a BS in Civil Engineering and both have 3 plus years job experience. Are there other Visa's that I may be able to take advantage of, and then proceed with H-1B while they are already here and working?
