Visa Prioirity dates for people born in India but now citizen in other country

Hi Sir/Readers,

There is a question on Prioirity dates as it related to employment categories for EB2 and EB3. I am born in India but now hold UK Citizenship. If I apply for GC now will my priority dates be considered that for India or For UK where priority dates are current.

At some places in VISA bulletin for priority dates I see mention of China Mainland Born.

Please let all readers know.
 
PD for India will apply since that is where you were born. Country of citizenship has no bearing on PD.
Having said that, you can also claim the country of birth of your spouse if it is different.
