My wife and I have an interview for AOS tommorow. WE are neverous because when my wife switched jobs, they did not filie all the proper paper work. To our surprise we found out a year later when we came back from abroad that her visa which was not expired was not transferred to the new companies name. I believe that this constitutes an overstay. With the AOS interview tomorrow does anyone know if this will deny her the AOS?
