VISA numbers are unavailable totally and USCIS is not processing I-140 as per the dates shown on their website. It says that we can call , if the notice date is more than 30 days of the processing dates shown on the website. But there are cases which are more than 5 months, not 30 days , older than the processing date. When we contact the USCIS, they send a standard letter that the decision will be made shortly. But nothing is being done.
Why can't we email Congress Men about the visa numbers and I-140 so that they can bring the issue in the house and senate and can do something.
If congress wants, they can bring a new bill.
So please send letters to the congress men at
