Visa Numbers at DOS

Right now they are processing dates as of oct 22, 2000 (Family First preference, as it happens to be my case). They showed the numbers for august 04 (same dates).
Does anybody have an idea if those dates won't move for the rest of the year (assuming the availability is up for the rest of the year), or there's any hope of advancing (My PD is feb 11, 2001). I appreciate any response. Wordkiller
