My EB3 priority date is April 22, 2004, which hasn't been reached yet in the visa bulletin. So I don't think I have been allotted a visa number. However, I still got an FP notice and got my FP done. Is it common to receive FP notice before visa number is allotted?
I don't know if a visa number has been allotted to me or not. How would I know that? Do they inform you? Or is there a way I can check?
