I have filed I-140/I485 on September 30th 2005, with Priority date as July 18th, 2002 under EB2 category at NSC.
My I-140 was approved and I have given finger prints in Dec 2005.
I did not submit medicals when I have filed I485, so I have received an RFE for Medicals on August 31, 2006. I am wondering if this means that a visa number is available.
If rest is all fine, will my I485 be approved as soon as I reply to the RFE, or will it have to wait till the visa numbers are available.
Please suggest.
