Visa Number alotment

Is this true that if ur I-140 is approved and 485 was filed concuurently a visa number was available at that time and was alotted to that particular eligible 485 petition...
 
This is not what he/she asked....and I am interested in the correct answer to that as well.

He did answer "NO"

Anyway again the answer to his/her question is "NO" Visa number is alloted when finally adjudicating the case by the officer.

I am also confused with this question ...

Some people says , if A# is there in our approved EAD or approved I140 ... then there is a visa number alocated for our case ?? Is it right ??

If not what is A# on EAD or I 140 ??

Any answers will be greatly appreciated !!
 
Your A# is your Alien number. It has nothing to to with your visa number. That IS NOT ASSIGNED UNTIL I-485 is approved.
