visa interview in other country? advice???

my dad is working in gulf, i am on h4 and husband on h1b, i want to invite my dad on visitor visa to usa, can he attend the visa interview in gulf or has he to go to india for that reason, were it is easier and less chances for rejection?????

I think it should be possible for your dad to apply for visit visa from other countries provided the local US consulates in that country allow you to apply for a B1/B2 while you are on a work visa. Ask your dad to call the US consulate that serves in his local area. Generally it is possible to apply.
