Hi,
I have an H1 interview date in Chennai which I would like to reschedule to a later date. However, when I try to login, the server returns an error which says "Invalid Mother's Name". Am pretty much sure that the name is correct and have previously logged into the account using the same piece of information.
Is there anyone else who is facing similar issues, which would imply that the server might be down.
Else, how can I resolve this issue? Should I contact someone?
Its scary to see preferred interview dates come and go off the screen and I am not as much as able to login.
