Hi Gurus,
I am currently in the US on H1b. With my previous employer i had a L1 and did go for an interview at chennai to obtain it. While i was being interviewed, she asked if i had any siblings, i couldnt get her accent and replied a "NO". The fact is i do have a sibling (currently working in India, planning to come here soon). Since he should also go to chennai consulate for visa processing, will it jeoparidize his chance of getting a visa.? will it effect me in future if i apply for a GC or go for visa revalidation or apply for H1b extension.? Please help as i am very worried about this silly mistake i did.
