visa for parents & brothers

i have been in usa for 2months. i am married and i have a green card i was wondering if i could apply for my parents or brothers on green card basis or do i have to wait till i become a citizen of us please reply back thank you
 
Do you mean IMMIGRANT visas? or visitor visas for your parents/brothers? You have to wait until you become a citizen if you're talking about immigrant visas/permanent residence.
 
You cannot file for an immigrant visa (I-130) for your parents and siblings while you being on green card, wait until you become US Citizen
