visa for my wife

Hi
I'm an Albanian citizen and won the GC in dv2009 lottery. I was in January in US for about a month. Two months ago I got married. What do I have to do to get my wife to the US with me. Is there any chance to get her to the US till I become a US citizen. All I want for her is a visa so we can be together. Since to become a citizen takes more than five years we don't want to be apart that much. I do have also close parents there. My cousin is a US citizen. Is there any way she could help me. I went also for one week in the US this month. I've been there for 5 weeks in six months but i cannot spent there more than two or three weeks since my wife is here in Albania. What do I have to do to take my wife with me and move definitely to the US

You need to fulfill the permanent residency requirements meaning you really have to reside here then you can apply for citizenship then petition for your wife. Or you can get here a B2 visa but that is hard to attain in her situation since she is married to an LPR.
 
I know I have to reside to the US for more than 30 months in 5 years without being away from the US more than 6 months so that I can apply for citizenship. But in the meaning time I want to take my wife with me so that we can stay together in the US.

You will have to wait until you get naturalized otherwise there is nothing much you can do as an LPR right now.
 
Have her search for a school close to you and if she is lucky to get admitted and even gets a scholarship if she cant pay for the school,she should then apply for an F1 student visa.

I stand to be corrected but i think u still have hope. Because u won the DV2009 lottery, the financial year in question is Oct 2008 to Sept 30 2009 so i think u can still apply for ur wife to join u but her visa must be approved before september 30 this year. You do not need to file a separate 1 30 for her but this only applies if got married before u actually got ur visa. Otherwise if u got married after ur visa am affraid the five year wait applies and even getting an F1 visa for her may b hard if they know she is your wife. Good luck
