Visa for my new born child

Hi all,

I need some help fot getting visa for my new born child (born in India).

I have visa stamped from my old company (A), but that company does not exist now, I changed my employer recently and they filed for my h1 transfer for which I have reciept notice and I will be getting pay stub in a couple of days.

Can I get Visa for my child(Born in India) with my old visa valid till next year Aug(aug 2004) and new company's receipt notice and latest paystubs. (my wife's visa also valid till next year Aug i.e Aug 2004).


please let me know how many pay stubs and other documents required to get stamping in Madras.

All that is required is:

Your H approval notice,

Copy of your H visa( even if that original petitioning company does not exist anymore, the H1 visa is still valid until expiration.)

Letter with details of your employment,

Your 3 months latest paystubs,

Original birth certificate for the child,

And passport for the child.

You can use drop box to apply for child's visa.
