hai. My brother is working in US on L1 visa from sep 2004. what visa CateGORy can he apply for his mother & can he do that from the US itself.? she is a widow.

his mother is eligible for B1/2 visa and she will have to apply at the consulate and appear for an interview.

He needs to supply documents of supports etc. Plan for at least 3-5 months in advance of travel

can we both [ mom & me] apply simultaneously.?

What are the USUAL DOCUMENTS of SUPPORT he has to submit for making a VISA apllication for us..??
