Visa for Mexico ?

I am currently working in my EAD card and have Advance Parole as well.
6 yrs on my H1 visa have expired but I have not filed for 7th year extension since I am working on EAD.

I am planning to visit Mexico in December . Do I need to apply for a visitors visa for Mexico ? Can I visit Mexico since I have AP ? I would not want to leave the country if its going to be an issue coming back in.

I dont know of this is the right place for this posting , but would appreciate a response .

Coming back won't be an issue, but whether you need a visa for Mexico or not will be determined entirely by your country of nationality in this case.
 
My Nationality is Indian and am working on an EAD card

You need a visa to visit Mexico

You just need your passport and AP to re-enter - no problems with that
(btw, thats the purpose of AP - to allow you to re-enter after a trip abroad)
