Hi,

I am married with >21 age and working on H1-B visa currently. My dad is US citizen and he has applied for my I-130 in March 2002.

Someone told me that 3 years past I-130 application date (i.e. March 2005), I am eligible for some non-immigration visa.

Can someone give me some more details about this.

Thanks for your help.

Ravi

No, you are not eligible to get a non immigrant visa after 3 years unless it is H1 or L1.
