visa for grand mother

Hi All,

I would like to bring my grand mother to US for a short visit. She is 81. What are the documents i need to prepare and submit. Is it easy to bring my grand mother ? She is widow, she do not have big assets in india. my dad (her son) is in india. She should apply at chennai consulate. I am under H1B visa here and my I140 / 485 is under process.

Any help and tips to get successful visa highly appreciated.

Forgot to mention that i got approved EAD/AP for me and my wife.
