If you pay $335 fee at the onset of your CP proceess , before your Packet 3 is done. Do you still have to pay some fees at consulate in India at the time of interview?

The $ 335 you are paying is the Visa issue fee and that is all you pay. This is a one time payment.

If the Consulate you are attending sends the visa packets by courier then
you will need to pay the courier charges at the consulate.
