Visa Extention PLease answer

I have following Questions
1. For proof of financial support do we need to send I-134?
Is letter of employment and bank statement enough?
2. Do we need extend the date on the tickets and then send in the copy of it?
3. Can she leave the country before we receive any reply regarding whether the extention was accepted or denied?

look, I change my visa from J1 to B2 and just have to tell them where I used to work and how much they payed me. and then I ask for an extension of my B2 status and I didn't show any proof of money that my parents would be send to me from Brazil, and they approved anyway
 
and...

the ticket isn't important because a lot of people come to america with a ticket to go back and they don't leave the country. so a ticket isn't a proof that she will really leave america on time.

and I don't know if is bad or good leave the country without your I-94, so.. think about it before do it
