my dad has multi entry visa, applied for 6months extension, stayed for 3 months but had to leave before the approval notice came.i have the newI-94 for him. should we send it to US embassy in india or BCIS . i want to make sure he does not have any problem when he returns back in 6months.
does it harm latter if i try to get his visa extended for 6months again next time.
