hi all,
i am currently in u.s .i have a 10 yr multiple entry visa.my I-94 expires on Nov 18,2005. however i have an exam to give on dec 5. my questions are:
1) should i go for extension or go to my home country india and come back within a month?
2)if extension is denied, does my visa become void?
