visa extension denied, different case...

If you leave within 180 days, then you would not be subject to a 3 year bar from re-entering the US again. As of now, the visa stamp in your passport is voided, and you have to rea-apply for a visa in your home country before you try to come back to the US again (this is true even if you leave tomorrow). Until the US citizen turns 21, it is not of much use.

thanks!

could you tell where can I found more about that on Immigration Laws? has any law about that? can I find more about that in Immigration and Nationality Act?

Search uscis.gov.
I know very well that you should get out within 180 days, otherwise you could be subject to the 3 year bar. If you go to your home country and reaply and 180 days have not passed, you could be OK. Your other option would be stay and wait for the 'legalization day' Many from your country seem to be doing that these days ? Just kidding, not sure whether that will ever happen anyway.

hi,

i checked in the uscis.gov but they don't say nothing about 180 days, it's way I asked about the law.

anyone?

i need to be sure that I can leave now and go back in the future, without waiting 3 or 10 years

thanks

I don't know where the law is listed, but if you don't want to trust our information, just a hire an attorney. Yes, the consulate abroad would have no ground to file against you if you leave prior to complete 180 days out of status. If the US Consulate is going to grant a stamp to you that's another story though.
