My L1A Visa and I94 are expiring and I have applied for extension of I94.My wife is having an interim EAD which is valid till sep 03 while she is waiting for her regular EAD to arrive. Can she continue to work after getting I94 extension (Not visa extension).
Can she apply for any full time college on the extended I94.
