Visa Expires

Hi,
 I applied EAD & AP for myself and my wife, we did not receive the approval at. my wife is planning to visit india before we get our EAD & AP approvel. right now she is on H4. her visa is going to expire when she is in india. So, can she apply her visa in india after she gets her EAD approval or are there any other procedures.

No, if her visa expires outside India you are going to have a problem. Make sure that she has the AP ( I presume you have applied for I-485), before she leaves to India

You dont need to wait to get your advanced Parole. Go to any INS
office and get your Advanced Parole. You might have got the 485
receipt right now. You just need only the receipt and an application
and money orders.

Dont let your wife leave the country without a valid advanced Parole
in her hand. Otherwise she may be in trouble.

Advanced Parole can be got in minutes if you viusit the INS office.

Hey guys,

My PD\'s are Dec \'99 in EB3 category. I wish to travel in october and i\'m expecting my dates to become current sometime in july (if it continues to progress in the same pattern) When i checked with my lawyer he says it takes 4 months to get AP from the date of reciept and one can only go to the INS office for AP if he has waited 90days from the date of receipt. Is this true?? Please advice \'cause i would like to get AP as soon as i apply for 485.
